Untold Arts brings us a set of six different stories of people in the form of play at Kings Cross.

Presented by Untold Arts, a company that specialise in telling unknown stories from the past and present day, the plays over the weekend explore long distance relationships, the generation gap, truth and lies and identity.

Yellow Coat – Hannah Khalil

(Up) Rooted – Jung Sun den Hollander:

Adopted by western parents, John and Jose are facing the complexity of being uprooted. Both return to Korea but what is it what they really want or what they feel they need to do?

On Arriving – Ivan Faute:

A Syrian refugee arrives for processing, what does she regret leaving behind the most?

I’ll be Along D’reckly – Mark Lindow:

Grandpa Tony knows things have changed for the youth in Cornwall, but does his grandson really need to hear about it as he’s being driven to the church?

London-Damascus – Nick Myles:

Separated by thousands of miles and a cultural chasm, can Adam and Ahmed turn their online relationship into real world happiness?

All of Me – Martin Brett:

‘When it’s working, you won’t even pay attention to the time; there is no time, just that win.’ Recently fired, Gareth considers his downfall; the death of his father, a spiralling gambling habit, & the man responsible for it all.’
