A two-week-only pop up restaurant, run by a Syrian refugee Imad in London, will serve you the Syrian favourite dishes!
A Syrian chef Imad used to enjoy cooking for hundreds of people every night in Damascus where he owned a restaurant. But due to political insurgence, he was forced to leave.
This pop-up restaurant will serve a family-style supper, with a 3-course set menu designed to be shared with fellow diners. The menu includes many traditional dishes such as Fattoush (toasted flatbreads, pomegranate molasses, tomato and cucumber), Kabsa (spicy chicken with cardamom and rice) and Tabakh Rohoo (aubergine, squash and tamarind stew). There will be vegan and vegetarian options.
